- What products are covered? All products sold at Shades Online are eligible. You may replace each window covering only once.
- What if I measure incorrectly? Mis-measured products are covered under this guarantee.
- Do I have to order the same product? As long as you are covering the same window, you may exchange for any products you desire. If the replacement product is a higher price than the original order you will simply be responsible for the difference in cost.
- Who covers shipping costs of returning the product? You will be responsible for the return shipping. Original orders must be returned before new blinds are shipped and you will be required to pay for any shipping costs incurred.
- How long do I have to take advantage of this guarantee? Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee will be honored within 30 days of when you receive the product.
- How many window coverings can I replace with this guarantee? Limit 4 blind remakes per household.
